Until Monday February 1st 2016, OFTEC Insurance Services sold and administered the OFTEC workmanship warranty product however, following a review and change in process, OFTEC will now be handling all enquiries - they can be contacted on 01473 626298.
If you have an OFTEC workmanship warranty policy provided by OFTEC Insurance Services, there’s no need to worry. Your policy will continue as though nothing has changed, and you’re still backed by the same insurer, product and long-standing broker until your renewal date; at that point OFTEC will take over the administration of your policy.

Q. I have an OFTEC workmanship warranty policy, and I need to make a change.
What should I do?
A. Just give us a ring on 01483 521637 and one of our team will help. If your policy still has time to run until renewal, we can update your policy for you, issue updated documents, and take care of any additional payment or refund. If your policy is due for renewal and you need to make a change, you should contact OFTEC on 01473 626298.
Q. I have an OFTEC workmanship warranty policy, and my customer needs to make a claim. What should I do?
A. Firstly, don’t worry! The cover remains unchanged. Claims are handled by the insurer behind the policy, but feel free to give us a ring on 01483 521637, and our helpful team will assist in directing the claim.
Q. I have an OFTEC workmanship warranty policy, and my renewal is due.
What should I do?
A. We will be writing to you approximately two weeks before your renewal date to advise you of the change in process. At this point you’ll need to contact OFTEC on 01473 626298 in order to set up a new policy.
